美非之间目前尚无专门的科技交往机制,双边科技交往主要渗透在美国对非各项援助计划和双边经贸活动之中。美非间的科技交往关系以涉非的国会立法、政府援助计划、基金会援助项目、经贸合作论坛以及美国跨国公司直接参与等为依托机制,具有法制化、援助化和市场化的显著特点。

There is no special interaction mechanism of science and technology between America and Africa at present,the bilateral science and technology exchange relations is penetrated in the America assistance programs and U.S.-Africa economic and trade activities.The relying mechanism of U.S.-Africa science and technology exchange relations includes congressional legislation,government aid programs,foundations aid projects,economic and trade cooperation forum, and U.S.transnational corporation etc.,with the notable features of legal, assistance and market-orientation.
