α-干扰素治疗儿童喉乳头状瘤(附61例报告) 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨α-干扰素应用于儿童喉乳头状瘤治疗的疗效。方法随机将湖南省儿童医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科2008年10月~2010年10月诊治的61例喉乳头状瘤患儿分为2组。α-干扰素治疗组31例,其中男性23例,女性8例,年龄1~6岁,平均年龄2岁;单独手术治疗组30例,其中男性20例,女性10例,年龄1~8岁,平均年龄2岁。对所有患儿做支撑喉镜或喉显微镜治疗,α-干扰素治疗组加用α-干扰素治疗。疗程结束后总结并对比分析两组患儿疗效。结果α-干扰素治疗组有效率为61%,单纯手术治疗组有效率为33%;两组比较,α-干扰素治疗组疗效明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯手术治疗儿童喉乳头状瘤,疗效差,复发率高,辅以α-干扰素综合治疗,疗效明显改善,值得临床推广。
