摘要
采用了一种新的设计思想,即在雷管过渡药处设置一个类似加强帽的内帽。这种结构加强了对点火药与过渡药界面及过渡药部分的束缚作用,促进了雷管装药的燃烧转爆轰,简化了无起爆药工业雷管的制造工艺。由于采用机械感度低、引爆冲能大、成本低的硝基苯酚类点火药作为雷管的初级装药,提高了雷管的可靠性和安全性,降低了雷管的成本。
The construction of non-primary detonator introduces the new concept of design that employs an extra cap which is similar to that used conventionly in detonators and placed between intermediate charge and base charge. Under such structure, the restraining force which acts on the interface between igniter and intermediate charge,even on the whole intermediate charge, is reinforced. It is of advantage to promote the DDT of the explosive charge and to simplify the manufacture process of the detonator. Meanwhile, the nitrophenols are used as igniter in the non-primary detonator because of their low mechanical sensitivity, high initiating ability and low cost.Undoubtedly, the detonator possesses itsely of high reliability, safety,and low cost.
