显微外科治疗前交通动脉动脉瘤入路选择及其影响因素的研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 前交通动脉动脉瘤是前循环最常见的动脉瘤，约35％的颅内动脉瘤发生于此处。该部位的动脉瘤生长位置多变，周围组织解剖结构较复杂，是神经外科较难处理的颅内动脉瘤之一。目前前交通动脉动脉瘤的主要治疗方法有显微手术夹闭和血管内栓塞治疗。
