摘要 在X射线CT成像系统中,实际使用的X射线一般都具有连续能谱的,这就必然导致射线在穿过物体的过程中出现射束硬化现象,从而使得重建图像中出现杯状的硬化伪影。硬化伪影会降低CT图像质量,影响检测的精度。因此,对射束硬化的校正一直是CT成像领域的研究难点和热点之一。本文分析了射束硬化产生的原因,对近年出现的射束硬化校正方法进行了总结,并对射束硬化校正方法研究的前景进行了展望。 In the system of CT imaging, the practical X-ray source is generally polychromatic. As a polychromatic X-ray beam passes through matter, the reconstructed image quality may be decreased by the cupping artifact due to the presence of bealn hardening. The issue ofbearn hardening correction is one of the focuses and difficulties in the field of CT. In this paper, the reason of beam hardening is expounded and the main methods of beam hardening correction in literature are summarized. At last, the study of beam hardening correction technology in recent future is looked forward.
