摘要 根据汽车大梁钢的要求,采用低碳的成分设计和高温加热、高温轧制及低温卷取的工艺思想,控制钢板表面的氧化铁皮结构,开发出了高表面质量的高强大梁钢,关键氧化物Fe3O4含量达到75%以上。该大梁钢的性能稳定、表面质量好。 Shougang high surface quality and high strength automobile beam steel was developed by low carbon composition design, and control technology of iron oxide scale, including high heating temperature, high rolling temperature and low coiling temperature. The microstructure of iron oxide scale was controled. The Fe304 oxides content of automobile bean steel can reach above 75%. Because of stable performance and high surface quality, the high strength automobile beam steel was widely recognized.
