摘要
针对40MnV非调质钢汽车连杆锻后空冷和锻后正火两种工艺进行疲劳试验对比,对两种工艺连杆的疲劳极限进行计算,发现冲击韧性不是影响非调质钢的主要因素,锻后空冷的控制可提高连杆的疲劳寿命。
Compared two fatigue ability experiments of 40MnV non-heat treated steel (one is the draft type air-cooling of the forged steel and the other is the normal fire of the forged steel), the fatigue limits of the two technical rods were calculated. The impact ductility is not the mean factor which can affect the non-heat treated steel. The draft type air-cooling of the forged steel is controled,which can make the fatigue life of the rods longer.
