摘要
对工作部分不同宽度的扁平试样、不同直径的圆试样、粗糙度不同的圆试样进行拉伸试验,分析这些因素对性能试验结果的影响,找出其中的影响规律。最终得出在试样制备过程中,试样的取样、试样尺寸和试样粗糙度对材料力学性能的影响趋势。
The tensile test was carried out on some different working widths of flat specimens under different diameters of a circle and different roughness. The influences of these factors on the performance test results were analyzed. The influences of specimen sampling, sample size and sample roughness on the mechanical properties of the material were found out.
