摘要
采用硬度及压缩方法探讨了深冷处理对7075铝合金硬度和压缩性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理能提高7075铝合金的硬度,同时也增大其脆性,而经深冷处理后再经120℃保温5 h的时效处理,7075铝合金可获得较高的硬度和压缩性能。
The effects of cryogenic treatment on the hardness and compressive properties of 7075 AI alloy were studied by hardness measurement and compression test. The results show that the hardness of the alloy can be enhanced remarkably through cryogenic treatment, moreover, its brittleness can be increased at the same time. After cryogenic treatment and aging at 120 C for 5 h, the higher hardness and compressive properties of 7075 AI alloy can be obtained.
