摘要
研究了热处理对铸造Ti-44Al-4Nb-4Zr-1B合金的片层晶团尺寸的细化作用的影响。结果表明:铸造Ti-44Al-4Nb-4Zr-1B合金的700℃高温强度比室温提高了130~200 MPa。室温及高温断裂伸长率都比较小,但高温的断裂伸长率相对于室温有很大的提高。在α+γ两相区长时间保温后慢冷和循环热处理的细化作用明显。片层晶团尺寸细化后,室温、高温强度以及高温持久性能都提升不大。
The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical property of casting Ti-44A1-4Nb-4Zr-lB alloy were investigated. The results indicate that high temperature strength increases by 130-200 MPa than the room temperature. High temperature elongation is greatly improved than the room temperature. The refining effect in the two-phase region (α+γ ) for a long time after the slow cooling and cyclic heat treatment is obvious. But the tensile properties and stress rupture life has little effect.
