摘要
通过对断齿齿轮的宏观检测、化学成分检测、硬度测试及金相分析,得出齿轮断齿的原因。结果表明,夹杂的揉入及摩擦引起的热分别使齿轮发生断齿及心部硬度不足的现象。
The broken gear was analyzed by morphology analysis, chemical composition analysis, hardness test and metallographic analysis. The results show that the broken gear is caused by the inclusion＇s pemaeation and the heat is caused by the friction makes the gear broken.
