摘要
某汽车横向稳定杆在进行道路综合耐久实验时未达到使用寿命即发生断裂。对失效稳定杆进行了金相检验、化学成分分析和硬度测试。结果表明,稳定杆化学成分正常,硬度偏低,断裂处存在两个裂纹源,同批杆件上与断件相近位置处有压痕。由此判定,早期压痕是引起断裂的主要原因。
A stabilizer bar did not meet the overall service life during durability test and then the crack occurred. The stabilizer bar with the crack was tested by metallographic examination, chemical analysis and hardness testing. The results show that the stabilizer has normal chemical composition, Its hardness is low, there are two breaks in the crack source. There are indentations in the similar position of the same batch of bars. Thus, the early indentation is the main reason for rupture.
