摘要
肝淀粉样变性临床少见,诊断比较困难,而且患者的预后比较差。肝穿刺活检为主要确诊手段,治疗以马法兰联合泼尼松(melphalan and prednisone,MP)方案为主。
Hepatic amyloidosisis is a rare clinical entity that have difficulties to diagnose and poor prognosis. Live hiopsy and MP therapy are the main methods for the diagnosis and treatment of primary hepatic amyloidosis, respectively.
