婴幼儿喉气管狭窄的诊治 被引量：1

摘要 喉气管狭窄是指喉内或气管内部分或完全性瘢痕狭窄，分为先天性和获得性两大类，后者更为多见。造成的原因以医源性损伤及颈外伤为主，其中以长时间麻醉插管或机械通气最为常见。临床常表现出喘鸣和渐进性呼吸困难。狭窄部位多见于声门下或颈段气管，有时也累及声门。
