急诊上颌骨骨折处理方式之初探：37例临床报告

Repair of maxillary fracture in emergency room： clinical report on 37 cases

目的探讨上颌骨骨折的急诊治疗方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析自2009年7月至2012年12月急诊收治的37例上颌骨骨折患者的临床资料，并结合文献复习对手术方案进行分析。手术方法以上下颌牙弓夹板结扎固定和微型钛板坚固内固定为主，并针对其他不同损伤，采取相应辅助治疗方案。结果本组37例患者，术后随访3～6个月，骨折复位、愈合良好，咬殆关系恢复正常，效果满意。结论上下颌牙弓夹板结扎固定和微型钛板坚固内固定是处理急诊上颌骨骨折的有效方法，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the surgical treatment and effect of the repair of maxillary fracture in emergency room. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 37 patients with maxillary fracture received in our department from July 2009 to December 2012, and a literature review was taken for analyzing the surgical treatment. Lateral ligation and fixation between bilateral maxillary molars was performed in all cases, and then rigid internal fixation by titanium microplate with other combined operations was carried out. Results After 3 to 6 months follow-up, all 37 cases received satisfactory outcome with optimal recovery of the fracture and occluding relation. Conclusion Combination of fixation between bilateral maxillary molars and rigid internal fixation by titanium microplate is an effective approach for the repair of maxillary fracture. It is worth spreading in clinic.
