摘要
目的评价在全身麻醉下应用射频紧致技术治疗全面部皮肤松弛老化的临床效果。方法选择3cm2治疗探头在全身麻醉下对全面部1次实施5个冲程的治疗,治疗能量354.0~355.5J,能量密度44~61J/cm2。治疗后给予每月皮肤护理1次,每3个月随访1次,按照无改善、少量改善(〈25%)、较好改善(25%~49%)、很好改善(50%-74%)、极大改善(75%-100%)标准评价面部皮肤松弛改善率,并观察其并发症。结果本组69例求美者,治疗后3、6、9、12个月,皮肤松弛好转率分别为44.9%、62.3%、49.3%和23.1%,其间差异具有显著的统计学意义(P〈0.05);皮肤松弛程度较好改善者逐渐增多,很好改善者逐渐减少,但其间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗后12个月皮肤松弛程度很好改善者占42.0%,较好改善者占52.2%,少量改善者占5.8%;治疗后出现红斑及水肿67例(97.1%),水疱5例(7.2%),皮内硬结5例(7.2%),紫癜1例(1.4%),均于治疗后7~10d完全消失,无色素沉着、瘢痕形成及皮肤表面凹凸不平等发生。结论全身麻醉下多冲程射频紧肤治疗是面部皮肤松弛老化有效、安全、无创的治疗方式,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of radiofrequency (RF) technology under general anesthesia on the treatment of whale facial skin aging and sagging. Methods RF was performed with 3 cm2 probe for full-face treatment under general anesthesia with 5 strokes of treatment dose. levels of the treatment were 354.0 - 355.5 J. Energy settings were 44 - 61 J/era2. The improvement rate of skin laxity was assessed during the one year follow-up after treatment and was classified into no improvement, mild improvement ( 1% - 24% ), moderate improvement (25% - 49% ), marked improvement ( 50% - 74% ) and great improvement (75% - 100% ). Complications of the treatment were also monitored as well. Results The post-treatment improvement rate of cutis laxa type was 44.9%, 62.3%, 49.3%, and 23.1% at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months respectively, the difference among them had statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). More better improvement , less well improvement in cutis laxa degree, their difference had no statistical significance ( P〉 0.05 ) ; One year after the treatment, 29 patients (42.0%) showed well improvement, 36 patients (52.2%) showed better improvement, 4 patients (5.8%) showed mild improvement. After treatment, erythema and edema were found in 67 patients (97.1%), blisters in 5 patients (7.2%), nodules in 5 patients (7.2%), purpura in 1 case ( 1.4% ). All of the above disappeared in 7 to 10 days, with no pigmentation and scar formation, and the skin surface was even. Conclusion The application of RF technology under general anesthesia can effectively im- prove facial skin laxity, and leaving no permanent adverse effects.
