Penile cancer and human papillomavirus infection

摘要 HPV感染是阴茎癌重要的致病因素之一。本文对HPVs的生物学特性,HPV在阴茎癌中的感染情况,HPV可能的致癌机制,HPV与阴茎癌预后的关系以及HPV疫苗的应用前景等方面进行了综述。 Human papillomavirus （HPV） infection is one of the major risk factors for penile cancer. This article presents an overview on the biological characteristics of HPVs, HPV infection in penile cancer, possible carcinogenic mechanisms of HPV, prog- nostic value of HPV in penile cancer, and HPV vaccine.
