摘要
根据人体能量代谢主要与肌肉活动、温度、性别、年龄、体型等有关的原理,自行设计制作试验用鞋。运用Cosmed运动心肺测试系统,通过耗氧量计算出耗能量,定量比较不同受试者穿相同硬度鞋底鞋的体能消耗情况。在排除了外界环境因素和个体因素的差异及定负荷、定时间条件下,对鞋底硬度对人体能量代谢的影响进行了评估。
Test shoes were designed and made by according to energy metabolism of human muscle activity mainly related to temperature, sex, age, body type and so on. A series of energy expenditure data deduced from calculated oxygen consumption of participants wearing shoes with same hardness were compared quantitatively using Cosmed pulmonary exercise testing system. The effect of the hardness of shoe's sole on human energy metabolism was evaluated under determining load and time test conditions, which excluded the external environment and differences in individual factors.
