Analysis on the Performance of the Assets Recombination in A Shares

就沪市A股于 1997年 6月至 12月发生资产重组的案例 ,以随机方式抽取 5 0家 ,按购并扩张、股权转让、资产剥离与出售、资产置换等 4种重组方式进行了实证分析 ,提出公司要摆脱困境 ,步入良性循环的轨道 ,要培育良好的资产重组思想。

This paper conducts demonstrative analysis in terms of purchase and expansion,transference of stock right, assets peeling, and assets replacement on the fifty random sample from the cases of assets recombination happening during the period from June to September of 1997. It is suggested that it be necessary to develop good thoughts of assets recombination in order that companies are able to get out of hot water and enter the rail of sound cycle.
