肿瘤微环境在肿瘤发生、浸润、转移过程中扮演着十分重要的角色,癌相关的成纤维细胞(CAFs)是肿瘤微环境中最主要的基质细胞,在肿瘤的发生发展中有不可忽视的作用。CAFs对肿瘤的起始创造良好的"土壤",又分泌大量生长因子促进肿瘤的生长,分泌血管生成因子促进肿瘤血管的生成,并招募大量的炎症因子和分泌大量的可溶性产物到微环境中促进肿瘤细胞浸润和转移。因此,CAFs成为肿瘤靶向治疗的新目标,为临床肿瘤的综合治疗提供新的思路。

Tumor microenvironment has been confirmed to play an important role in the occurrence, invasion and me- tastasis of many kinds of tumors. Carcinoma-associated fibroblasts （CAFs） are the primary type of host cells in the tumor mieroenvironment. CAFs have an assignable role in tumor development. CAFs create a suitable ＂ soil＂ for tumor origination, secrete a large amount of growth factors promoting tumor growth and angiogenie factors promo- ting tumor angiogenesis. In addition, CAFs attract a large number of inflammatory cytokines, and secrete a great quantity of soluble products promoting tumor cell invasion and metastasis. Therefore, CAFs may become new targets for targeted cancer therapy, and provide new ideas for the clinical cancer comprehensive treatment.
