肛管直肠测压在女性盆底疾病临床研究中的应用进展 被引量：4

摘要 女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)常表现排便障碍,但临床对该类疾病患者肛管直肠的功能评估尚缺乏有效的检查方法。肛管直肠测压(ARM)是一种简单无创的检测技术,可以了解肛管直肠压力、直肠壁的感觉功能和顺应性,系肛管直肠功能检查和疾病诊疗的必备指标之一。本文就国内外肛管直肠测压在女性盆底学领域的临床研究现状作一综述。
