摘要
绿色制造是一个面向产品全生命周期并综合考虑环境影响和资源效率的现代制造模式,也是现代制造业未来的发展方向,其目标是使得产品从设计、制造、包装、运输、使用到报废处理的整个生命周期中,对环境负面影响极小,资源利用率极高,并使企业经济效益和社会效益协调优化。本文在论述绿色制造技术内涵和重要意义的基础上,建立了家具绿色制造的技术体系框架;然后从挑战与机遇并存、循序渐进的实施策略、加强政策扶持和引导企业主动参与等3个方面论述了我国家具工业实现绿色制造的发展路径。
Green Manufacturing （GM） is a new manufacturing strategy whose goal is to minimize environmental impact and resource consumption during product＇s life cycle. Based on the investigations of the technical principles and significance of green manufacturing, the system framework of the technology on green manufacturing for furniture industry is brought forward. The development routes on green manufacturing for Chinese furniture industry are analyzed from 3 aspects： coexisting chance and challenge, implementation strategy step by step, enhancing the policy support and guiding enterprises actively participating.
