摘要 缩窄性心包炎指病变心包限制心脏的舒张,导致患者出现一系列临床症状。本文围绕超声心动图技术诊断缩窄性心包炎的研究进展进行综述。 Constrictive pericarditis(CP) is defined as diastolic restriction of heart by pathological pericardium,which leading to a series of clinical symptoms.Different imaging modalities are enrolled at the diagnosis of CP.The progresses of ultrasonic diagnosis of constrictive pericarditis were reviewed in this paper.
