摘要
应用冷原子吸收法测定酸奶制品中痕量汞 .该法操作简便 ,最低检出浓度达 0 .4 μg/kg,相对偏差 <2 0 % ,经过对十余种酸奶制品进行检测 。
In this paper, determination of trace mercury in sour milk by the cold atomic absorption spectrometry. The methol is simpely. The lowest determined concentration of it is 0.4μg/kg. The relative deviation<20%. In determined eleventh samples of sour milk, the mercury contant of them is lower than that one which have been permitted in the standard of our country.
