三重组合口腔护理法在口腔颌面外科中的应用

Application of three combinations of oral care method in oral and maxillofacial surgery

目的探讨口腔颌面外科中三重组合口腔护理方法（冲洗器冲洗＋传统擦拭＋口腔含漱）的临床效果。方法将140例口腔颌面术后患者按入院时间顺序分为对照组和观察组各70例。对照组采用冲洗器冲洗＋传统擦拭的口腔护理方法，观察组采用三重组合的口腔护理方法。比较两组患者121腔清洁度、口腔舒适度、舌苔的变化情况。结果观察组口腔Ⅰ度清洁、感觉很舒适及舌苔薄白的例数，均明显多于对照组（分别为51比24例，48比28例，54比29例），差异均有统计学意义（Z值分别为19．92，19．88，19．89，P均〈0．01）。观察组无一例患者感到口腔不适。结论应用三重组合法进行口腔护理，可以有效防止舌苔增厚，提高患者的口腔清洁度和舒适度，提高护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of three combined oral care methods （flusher washing ＋ traditional cleaning ＋ oral rinse ） on the oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Totals of 140 postoperative patients with oral and maxillofacial according the time of admission sequence were divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. Control group received flusher washing and traditional cleaning methods of oral care, while observation group received three combination methods of oral care. Then, oral cleanliness, oral comfort and tongue fur of the patients were observed. Results In observation groups, the number of patients with oral cleanliness （ I degree） , oral comfort, tongue coating were respectively more than that of control group [51 vs 24,48 vs 28,54 vs 29;Z = 19.92,19.88,19.89,respectively;P 〈0.01 ] ,and no oral discomfort cases in observation group. Conclusions Application of three heavy combination method in oral care can effectively prevent the tongue coating thickness, improve patients＇ oral cleanliness and comfort, and improve the quality of nursing care.
