摘要 双输入单输出模糊控制模式因缺少积分环节而导致系统鲁棒性相对较差 ,PID控制因系统辨识而导致动态响应相对较慢 .本文提出一种新的数控铣削加工过程恒力模糊 - PID复合控制方法 ,具有响应快和鲁棒性强等特点 .另外 ,对切深渐变和突变的两种工况进行了试验验证 。 A compound controller is designed for tracing the reference cutting force in milling process by compound good ability of Fuzzy control and PID control.In the fuzzy controller,the tunable factor within whole universe and the MAX PROC strategy is used.The controller presents many advantages over the conventional adaptive and Fuzzy controllers in terms of real time feasibility,robustness and stability.A series of simulations have been achieved with the sudden and gradual changes in depth of cut,and experiments have been carried out on a Cincinatti 10HC 1 000 horizontal machining center too.
