摘要
介绍了一种后拖式机翼型叶片,并与普通机翼型叶片作了比较。分析了对后拖式机翼型叶片的叶尖进行适当切割,可以提高全压效率的原因。通过CFD计算比较,确定切割量30%时,全压效率最高。
A kind of backward-trailed airfoil blade was introduced and compared with general airfoil blade. The way to improve total pressure efficiency by appropriate inclined cut of airfoil blade tip was studied. It is indicated that the impeller achieves the maximum total pressure efficiency with 30% inclined cut of airfoil blade tip according to the CFD calculation and comparison.
