摘要
针对SVK12-4S组装式离心压缩机的布置方式存在高位油箱整体机组高度较高和工字钢底座刚度不足的问题,进行了受力分析,确定解决办法是取消电机下方的工字钢框架,用润滑油站直接充当电机底座,这种方案解决了电机振动大的问题,同时免去了将机组拆散再到用户现场组装的过程,实现了机组的整体运输。
Aiming at the problems of the unit higher and the I-beam base stiffness insufficient existing in the arrangement of SVK12-4S assembled centrifugal compressor,the mechanical analysis is carried out in this paper.The solution is to cancel the I-beam frame under the motor and apply lubricating oil station directly as motor base.This method can solve the vibration problem of motor,and meanwhile eliminate the process of disassembling unit and then assembling and installing on user's site,so the unit's overall transportation is realized.
