摘要
应用ANSYSWORKBENCH软件对某2MW风电机组的机舱罩在极限风速下的受力情况进行了分析,基于GL认证标准对机舱结构进行应变校核;同时提取了弹性支撑约束反力,基于VID2230标准对弹性支撑与机舱罩的连接螺栓进行抗剪及抗拉校核。
FEA software ANSYS WORKBENCH is used to analyze the force on a 2MW wind turbine nacelle under the extreme wind speed,and the result is checked according to the GL guide line.Simultaneously,the constraint reaction of the elastic bearing is got,and the ability of anti-shearing and stretch-proof of the bolt between elastic bearing and nacelle is checked according to VID2230.
