摘要
针对某离心压缩机在厂内试车过程中风机振动超标、振动值波动大的问题,分别从振动图谱、转子动力学及可倾瓦轴承抗振性等方面进行了分析研究,指出偏支可倾瓦轴承油膜失稳是引起该压缩机转子振动的主要原因,并通过改变可倾瓦轴承结构等措施解决了机组试车振动故障。
Aiming at a centrifugal compressor overvibration during the test in factory,this paper has analyzed and researched from the aspects of vibration map,rotor dynamics,ant-vibration ability of tilting-pad bearing respectively.It is pointed out that a partial on tilting-pad bearing oil-film unstability is the main reason for the compressor rotor vibration caused,and the test vibration fault of unit is solved through changing the tilting-pad bearing structure and other measures.
