空气压缩机第二转轴振动原因分析及措施

Reason Analysis of Vibration of the Second Shaft Used for Air Compressor and Precautions

塔里木大化肥多轴式空气压缩机在启动过程中第二转子出现了振动异常,对可能引起振动的原因,如压缩机临界转速引起振动、润滑油温度低或含水引起振动、油膜振荡引起振动及压缩机带液引起振动,做了逐项深入分析及排查,最终确定振动的原因是由压缩机带液引起的,并采取级间冷凝疏水系统加电伴热措施,同时要求操作人员加强其液位及排凝情况检查,避免了振动再次发生,收到了良好的效果。

This paper introduced the vibration abnormity of the second rotor used for air compressor with multi-shaft type of Tarim fertilizer project during starting.The possible vibration reasons,such as critical speed of compressor cause the vibration,lube oil temperature low or water content in which cause the vibration,oil film whip cause the vibration and compressor with liquid cause vibration,had been done one by one in-depth analysis and investigation.It was finaly determined that the vibration was caused by the compressor with liquid.The measure of interstage condensation and drainage system adding electrical tracing was used.Meanwhile,it was required operators to enhance its level and discharge condensate checks to avoid the recurrence of vibration,and good effect had been received.
