利用乳化液膜分离富集烟碱 被引量:10

摘要 利用失水山梨醇单油酸酯 (Span 80 )、磺化煤油、正辛醇等组成的液膜体系 ,采用正交实验法 ,研究了烟碱的提取 ,讨论了内外相条件、乳化液组成及其他操作条件对烟碱提取过程的影响 ,从而获得了烟碱分离、富集的优选条件 .在高压静电场下对该液膜体系进行破乳 ,建立了破乳速率及其相关操作参数——电压、频率。 The separation of nicotine using type I liquid membrane system consisting of Span 80(sorbitan monooleate),sulphonating kerosene and N octanol is presented by orthogonal experiments in this paper.The effects of external and internal conditions,composition of ELM and the other operating conditions on the extraction and swelling were also investigated,thereby obtaining the appropriate separation conditions.The demulsification process in high electrostatic field with box demulsifier was researched,and then established the functional relationship between the demulsification rate and the relevant operating parameters——voltage,frequency and electrode distance.
