“抓中间,带两头”,实现“全体”提升

摘要 《普通高中英语课程标准》(实验)强调教学一定要面向全体学生,使每个学生均衡发展。但是,在实际英语教学中往往会出现严重的“两极分化”现象。笔者运用英语“四位一体”教学法的“抓中间,带两头”教学策略,使高三英语教学中的“两极分化”现象得到了有效遏制,真正实现了面向全体学生。本文首允从主、客观以及非智力因素方面分析了产生两极分化的原因,然后分析了“抓中间,带两头”策略的意义与内涵以及如何实施,最后用研究数据证明使用该策略后所取得的成效。 The Criterion of English Curriculum for Senior High School (Trial) emphasizes that teaching must be facing all students to make sure that each student gets balanced development. However, there always exists the phenomenon of serious polarization in the practical English teaching. The author applied the "focusing on middle-level students to motivate the top-level students and lower-level students" strategy of the English "Four-in-One" Teaching Approach to English teaching, which solved the phenomenon effectively. The article begins with an analysis of the causes of polarization, including the subjective, objective and nonintellectual factors, and then explains the meaning of the strategy as well as elaborates how to put it into practice. Finally, the statistics show that it's an effective strategy.
