摘要
介绍了数字器件及其模型 ,给出 PSPICE7.1仿真使用方法 ,并用该软件对各种类型的数字电路作仿真分析 。
This paper introduces the digital components and its model of PSPICE.The operational method of PSPICE7.1 for windows is presented.With the software,we simulated a lot of digital circuits and also gave several examples.
