超声波加工码瑙的实验研究

摘要 研究了采用电镀金刚石工具头对玛瑙进行加工的可行性及加工参数与材料去除率的关系 ,并在此基础上证明了该加工方法不仅可大大提高材料的去除率 ,而且加工成本也显著降低 .同时 ,借助 Experimental study on ultrasonic manufacturing agate in diamond tool has been made in this paper.It is shown that this manufacturing method can raise agate cutting rate remarkably,and the manufacture cost is very low.The reason of removing material process is due to the compound action of cutting,hammer,cavitation etc by means of SEM analysis.
