A Study on the Methodology of Ideological and Political Work for Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

以马克思主义研究方法为手段,从方法论研究出发,分析当前高校青年教师思想政治工作的不利因素和青年教师的普遍心理特征,提出从四个方面着手做好高校青年教师思想政治工作,并总结出高校青年教师思想政治工作的基本方法。

Based on Marxist research methods and the methodology research, this essay analyzes the disadvantages in ideological and political work for young teachers in colleges and universities as well as their common psychological features. Besides, it gives relevant solutions in four aspects and summarizes basic methods for the work.
