Based on the analyses of the significance of the ideological and political work for staff members in logistics departments, the necessity of innovation and the difficulties in this new period, this essay puts forwards relevant ways and solutions to reinforce and innovate the work in the aspects of the internal cooperation within the Party, the team construction of ideological and political work, the contents of ideological and political education and the assessment system, to improve and develop the logistics work in colleges and universities.
