为探索影响四喷嘴气化炉工艺烧嘴使用寿命的因素,对实际运行的气化炉工艺烧嘴运行工况和该工况下的寿命周期进行跟踪调查,并进行归纳总结,就其在使用过程中可能影响使用寿命的各种因素和理论结果进行重复验证,最终初步确定气化炉工艺烧嘴结构、材质、性能参数、工艺原材料等对工艺烧嘴使用寿命的影响.

For researching the service life factors of four-nozzle gasifier process burner, the life and working state are surveyed and summarized by tracking method at running gasifier nozzle. Theoretical results and various factors are verified in working process repeatedly. Finally, the influence factors of gasifier process nozzle structure, material, performance parameters and process raw material on the service life extension are determined.
