不同饲养模式下育成蛋种鸡日粮表观代谢率分析

摘要 本研究通过不同饲养模式对海兰褐父母代蛋种鸡育成期日粮氮、磷表观代谢率测定,分析不同日粮的低排放效果.经双因素方差分析表明,不同饲养模式下海兰褐父母代蛋种鸡育成期饲料报酬、氮的表观代谢率和表观代谢能差异均显著(P<0.05),磷的表观代谢率差异不显著(P>0.05);不同日粮配方对海兰褐父母代蛋种鸡育成期的饲料报酬、氮和磷的表观代谢率影响差异均显著(P<0.05),代谢能则差异不显著(P>0.05).结合两因素综合分析,不同饲养模式和不同日粮配方互作对鸡氮、磷的表观代谢率和代谢能差异均显著. This experiment analyzed the low emission effect of different ration formula through measure nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism rate under different feeding ways for parents generation highland of breeding period hens. By the double factors analysis of variance,the data showed that feed remuneration, nitrogen metabolism rate and metabolism energy under different feeding ways were significant difference(P 〈0.05), phosphorus metabolism rate was not significant difference(P〉0.05) ;Using the different ration formula for breeding period hens, nitrogen and phosphorus metabolism rate influence significantly difference(P〈0.05), metabolism energy effects not significantly (P〉0. 05). Combining results of the two factors analysis, there is no significant differences among the different feeding ways and different diet formulations interactions to the apparent nitrogen metabolism and phosphorus metabolism rate and metabolism energy of breeding period hens.
