摘要
在日光温室条件下,采用不同方法、不同基质及不同配比、不同浓度生根剂以及不同时期进行金叶莸扦插育苗对比试验.寻求金叶莸扦插育苗的最佳途径,为金叶莸工厂化、集约化生产提供科学依据.结果表明:不同基质、不同配比和不同时期扦插生根影响差异显著.V(草炭)∶V(珍珠岩)∶V(蛭石)=3∶2∶1嫩枝扦插生根率最高,根部发育状况最好;日光温室以4月底前扦插温度、湿度最为适宜,扦插成活率高;硬枝扦插以800mg/L吲哚丁酸溶液处理插穗生根速度快、生根率高.
In sunshine greenhouse condition, with comparison experiment of cuttage cultivation of Caryopteris X clandonensis 'Worcester Gold' has been performed under different condition such as different approaches, matrix, proportioning, concentration of root stimulation and timing, in order to search for the best approach of cuttage cultivation of Caryopteris × clandonensis 'Worcester Gold ', to provide scientific foundation for its industrialized and intensive production. The results have showed that obvious difference could be found when experiments were performed under different matrix, proportioning and timing. Highest rooting rate of cuttage cultivation and best status of roots growth could be obtained when the portion of grass charcoal, pearlite and vermiculite is 3:2: 1; In greenhouse condition with sunshine the most fitting temperature and humidity and the highest rooting rate could be obtained if the cuttage would take place in late april; In hard branch cuttage, fast rooting speed and high rooting rate could be gained if the cutting wood had been treated with 800ppm Indole butyric acid solution.
