宫颈癌中Survivin mRNA的表达及其临床价值

Survivin mRNA expression in cervical cancer and its clinical value

目的:探讨Survivin mRNA在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与宫颈癌进展的关系。方法:应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测22例宫颈癌组织及癌旁组织中Survivin mRNA的表达,并分析其与宫颈癌患者年龄、病理分型、分期以及与新辅助化疗疗效的相关性。结果:在22例宫颈癌组织中17例表达阳性(77.3%),Survivin mRNA在22例癌旁组织中未检出;Survivin mRNA的表达与患者的年龄、病理分型、分期无关(P>0.05),与新辅助化疗后获得临床稳定(SD)的患者、获得临床部分缓解(PR)和完全缓解(cCR)的患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin mRNA在宫颈癌中的表达能促进宫颈癌的发生发展,可作为新辅助化疗疗效的监测指标之一,阻断Survivin mRNA的表达可为宫颈癌的治疗提供新的途径。

Objective： Survivin mRNA expression in cervical cancer and cervical cancer progression.Methods： By reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）,detection of survivin mRNA expression in 22 cases of cervical cancer tissue and adjacent tissues,and analyzed the age of the patients with cervical cancer,pathologic type,stage,and with response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy relevance.Results： 17 cases in 22 cases of cervical cancer tissues express survivin mRNA（77.3%）,while in 22 cases of adjacent tissues survivin mRNA not detected.Survivin mRNA expression is correlated with age,pathologic classification,staging unrelated（P0.05）,and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy was clinically stable（SD） patients,to obtain clinical partial response（PR） and complete remission（cCR） patients compared the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions： Survivin mRNA expression in cervical cancer can promote the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.Survivin mRNA can be used as a therapeutic effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for a monitoring indicator.Inhibition of survivin mRNA expression for the treatment of cancer of the cervix provides new way.
