临床使用预混胰岛素类似物治疗糖尿病的依从性
Clinical compliance of premixed insulin analogues as therapy for diabetes
摘要
研究显示：控制血糖，实现糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）达标，可以显著降低糖尿病慢性并发症的风险。为了实现良好的血糖控制，胰岛素也不断更新换代，经历了动物源性胰岛素、基因重组人胰岛素、人胰岛素类似物三个主要阶段。与人胰岛素相比，胰岛素类似物具有更快起效，低血糖发生率低，长效胰岛素类似物疗效更平稳等优势。目前临床上常用的有速效胰岛素类似物、长效胰岛素类似物和预混胰岛素类似物。其中预混胰岛素类似物每日注射2～3次，可以单独使用。
