本文立足现代教育技术发展实践和地方高师现状 ,分析了地方高师教育技术现代化所面临的问题 ,系统地阐述了教育技术现代化的基本思路及基本途径 .

This paper is based on the practice in the development of modern educational technology and current situation of local normal universities.It analyses the problems which stops advancing the modernization of educational technology in local normal universities .It also systematically expounds the basic thinking and method in advancing the modernization of educational technology.In addition,this paper suggests that educational technology in local normal universities should go on a continuous developing way as soon as possible.
