苏州地区不育男性性生活频率调查分析

A survey on the frequency of sexual life in infertile males in Suzhou

目的:调查在苏州市立医院本部因不育就诊男性的性生活频率,分析其相关影响因素。方法:对607例因不育就诊的男性问卷调查,包括年龄、结婚年限、每月性生活次数、是否两地分居、是否排卵期同房。分析不育人群中性生活频率与年龄、结婚年限的关系。结果:在调查人群中两地分居24例,占3.95%;排卵期进行性生活20例,占3.29%。性生活≤3次/月的95例,占15.65%。20岁～人群性生活频率明显高于其他年龄组(P<0.05);随年龄增长性生活频率降低。结婚～1年组性生活频率明显高于其他组(P<0.05);结婚1年以后性生活频率趋于稳定。结论:对因不育就诊的患者应常规询问性生活频率及相关影响因素;年龄和结婚年限对性生活频率有一定影响。

Objectives： To investigate on the sexual frequency of male infertility patients in Suzhou Municipal Hospital and to analyze the related influencing factors. Methods： By conducting a questionnaire survey among 607 male infertility patients, the relationships between sexual frequency and age and the duration of relationship among infertile patients were analyzed. Questions including age, duration of relationship, monthly sexual frequency, and the sexual life in ovulation period. Results. Among these participants, 24 couples are separated in two cities, accounting for 3.95%; 20 couples have ovulation sex, accounting for 3.29%. 95 couples have sex less than 3 times a month, accounting for 15.65%. The sexual frequency of the 20 - year - old is significantly higher than other age groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. With the increase of age, the sexual frequency decrease. The sexual frequency is significantly higher in - one - year marriage group than in other groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Sexual frequency stabilized after a year of marriage. Conclusion： Patients complaining infertility should be regularly asked sexual frequency and related influ- encing factors ; age and marriage time have some influences on sexual frequency.
