中西医防治卵巢过度刺激综合征现代研究进展

Prevention and treatment on ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome with integrated Chinese and western medicine

卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)是一种医源性疾病,影响妊娠成功率,甚至危及生命。该综合征的病因及发病机制尚未阐明,目前只能对症处理和支持治疗,预防和及时发现是治疗的关键。本文就近年对OHSS的预防和中西医治疗方法等研究进展做一综述。

Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS） is an iatrogenic and life -threatening complication of assisted re- production treatment, having an adverse effect on pregnancy outcomes. The pathogenesis and pathophysiological signal mecha- nisms of OHSS are still unclear. Since there is no effective method to curb the development currently, symptomatic and supportive treatments are mainly used in the clinical practice. One of the most crucial treatments is to prevent and to discover the disease in time. In this article, the prevention and treatment on ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome with integrated Chinese and western med- icine in recent years are reviewed.
