广州市高二学生性行为状况五年变迁分析

Sexual behaviors in high-school students in Guangzhou:the changes in the recent five years

目的:了解5年来广州市高二学生性行为的现况,为制定预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法:采用整群抽样方法于2005～2011年分3次对广州市高二年级1502名学生进行无记名问卷调查。结果:5年来,学生的恋爱经历并无显著变化,而朋友交往情况、异性交往情况转好;约会经历无差异,初次约会和初吻的年龄降低;接吻经历女生变得更主动;性交经历没有显著改变,女生的性交对象和性观念变得更多元化。结论:学生的人格发展更加健全;性心理成熟期不断提前;性的娱乐功能逐渐被认同;学生所谓性泛滥的风潮言过其实;90后有着独特的性行为和性观念。

Objectives： The objective is to explore the present situation of sex behaviors of Grade 2 high - school students in Guangzhou in the recent five years and to set up intervention measures to prevent unsafe sex behaviors. By using cluster sam- piing method, a youth - risk - behavior questionnaire was conducted among about 1502 high - school students in Guangzhou for three times from 2005 to 2011. The result of the survey is that in the recent five years, there has been no significant change in students＇love, dating and sexual experiences. At the same time, they experienced the first date and first kiss at a much younger age than before. Meanwhile female students are likely to be more, active when kissing, and they have more sexual partners and their sexual concepts are more open and diversified. From the results, it can be concluded that the personality of the students de- velop more healthily and the age of sex maturation is constantly advancing. It is obvious that the entertainment function of sex is now gradually being accepted among the senior students. However, the so -called ＂sex overflowing＂ among students is somewhat exaggerated. In addition, the post -90s generation has their unique sexual behaviors and concepts.
