摘要：舟山自建制以来，一直为国家盐业生产的重要基地，有关文献史料足以证明。唐宋代就有监盐官办机构；宋时舟山置正监盐场，词人柳永曾任正监盐场监官，著有《煮海歌》诗。舟山制盐技法独特，品质好，元明代舟山每年所产之盐均有皇家定额。

It is proved that Zhoushan has been an important base for the national salt production since its establishment by related documents and historical materials. There were salt supervising authorities in Tang and Song dynasties. The poet, Liu Yong had been a surveyor in Zhengzhi Sahern in Song dynasty. The poem, Song of Cooking Seawater written by him can prove that. The technique of salt producing was unique and the salt quality was so good that it was served to the royal families during Yuan and Ming Dynasty.
