摘要
目的:分析我院门诊药物咨询开展情况,为提高咨询服务质量提供参考。方法:随机抽取门诊药房2011年1~12月咨询记录,对咨询内容和咨询对象进行分析。结果:咨询内容比例由高到低排序前3位依次为:用法用量(33.72%)、作用与用途(21.04%)、不良反应(12.97%)。结论:通过药物咨询可以使患者了解正确的用药方法,避免用药差错,提高用药依从性,保证患者用药安全、有效。
Objective: To analyze and summarize the pharmaceutical consultation content in outpatients of our hospital thus to raise the quality of service. Methods: The records of pharmaceutical consultation from January to December, 2011 in our outpatient pharmacy were randomly selected, and the contents and objects of pharmaceutical consultation service were analyzed. Results: The usage and dosage, indication and adverse drug reaction accounted for 33.72%, 21.04% and 12.97%, respectively. Conclusion: Pharmaceutical consultation service can help patients understand the correct ways to use drugs, avoid adverse interactions, improve patients' compliance, and ensure patients' safety and effectiveness to use drugs.
