Latest Therapy Development of Malignant Glioma

摘要 为了解恶性胶质瘤的治疗新进展,本文对胶质瘤靶向治疗、克服耐药、神经干细胞治疗、免疫和基因治疗方法进行了概括总结,同时阐明各种治疗的机制。 In order to comprehend the latest therapy development of malignant glioma, targeted therapy, overcoming drug-resistance, neuro-stem cells therapy and immuno-gene therapy methods were summarized, and the mechanisms of therapy were elucidated in this paper.
