With the game theory as the theoretical basis, the article analyzed the game relationship of owners and general contractors under general contracting mode of maintenance construction, and proposed the game countermeasures in guiding both parties to obtain the best interests by adopting the reasonable strategy and to ensure that the engineering products can achieve a higher quality level, providing the method reference for the construction and management of general contracting engineering of maintenance construction.
